Black Gold. I'd always wanted to dig a little deeper into Hendrix's musical catalogue, but I never knew exactly how much he recorded in the last few years of his life, crazy! This album was the perfect excuse to get lost in the jams, outtakes, demos etc. After using the the main Wu-Tang acapellas on the Beatles album I had to dig a little deeper too for the raps, and got a couple of exclusives too from Gab Gotcha & Young Dirty Bastard
Okayplayer The Bollywood Remake. The mashup machine struck gold in choosing my 2 styles for this one. It was a no-brainer really, 2 things that I have loved for a while now.  Okayplayer artists: The Roots, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Common, Q-Tip, Skillz, Little Brother, Erykah Badu, Jean Grae..etc. I'd been picking up all the Bollywood soundtracks that I saw, so again, this was a great chance to use them all in one project as well as expanding my collection.

Splice of life EP feat. Dr Syntax, DPF & Arch Co. This was my fist proper release. Breakin' Bread sorted me out with the DPF link up, I was already working with Syntax & Arch Co so recruited them on board. Breakin' Bread if you don't know are a breaks/hip hop label and put on b-boy nights. Longusto - Back in the Bad Books. The inner workings of Longusto come to the forefront on this album. With production from myself, Ido, Cuthdaddy, Mr Simmonds & Fidel Cutstro. It also features Koaste, Elemental, Vecks & Mani.

Tom Caruana - Broadcast message in space - This was thrown together for a blog called Blunted, it's a 30 min mix of a random selection of beats with spoken word.

Rough Versions remix series:
I set about remixing some of my favourite MCs. The beats were crafted to sit perfectly with the style and mood of the lyrics. This was a brilliant excercise in starting with the vocals first and building the beats around them, it was also great to work 'with' some of the greats: Vol. 1-5 = Large Pro, MF DOOM, Brand Nubian, J-Live & DITC....I hope to continue adding to the series as time goes on....
